Contact us: 934 064 368 or contact@joboncompany.com www.joboncompany.com * Ensure compliance with Condominium Regulations and/or rules established by the client/Administration; * Supervise or participate in cleaning, repair, and maintenance of building interiors; * Monitor and supervise maintenance of client facilities; * Check proper functioning of equipment assigned to client facilities; * Attend to all individuals visiting the units/condominium; * Accompany and guide visitors; * Provide information; * Ensure unauthorized persons do not remain at the reception area; * Report urgent situations and anomalies to the condominium management; * Assist with minor repairs/maintenance (light bulbs, watering, pool, cleaning, pumping systems, etc.); * Gardening knowledge will be valued; * Collect small-sized waste/solid debris (papers, plastics, etc.); * Assist condominium residents, family members, and visitors with transporting bulky and/or heavy items (shopping bags, packages, etc.); * Other tasks as required by the client/administration. Driver's license and/or own vehicle will be valued.
