Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety Technician (m/f) with proven experience in railway construction projects to join the team of a solid engineering company. Key Highlights: 1. PMT – Project Coordination and Management is strengthening its team by integrating a Safety Technician (m/f) with proven experience in railway construction projects. Required Profile: Certified Occupational Safety Technician; Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Safety Coordinator or in performing occupational safety technical activities. Must hold training in Railway Safety – SF1\. Desirable Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and professional ethics; Technical rigor and attention to detail in executing and controlling on-site activities; Solid knowledge of national Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) legislation and application of preventive measures in construction contexts; Experience in daily construction site supervision, including risk identification, implementation of corrective actions, and promotion of safety best practices; Ability to develop and monitor safety and health plans, non-conformance reports, and risk analyses; Good communication skills and ability to train/raise awareness among operational teams regarding compliance with HSE/OSH standards; Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project; Proactivity, critical thinking, and decision-making capability in on-site environments.
