In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand growth, strengthening brand equity and leading the development of integrated marketing and communication strategies to support business objectives. You will play a key role in translating consumer, category and business insights into impactful brand initiatives, while leading and developing a high\-performing team. **A day in the life of a Senior Brand and Communication Manager** * Lead the development and execution of the local brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local business objectives. * Drive integrated brand plans across ATL, BTL, retail, trade, CRM and digital channels. * Ensure consistency of brand identity, positioning and storytelling across all consumer and customer touchpoints. * Lead media, PR, influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategies to maximize brand visibility and business impact. * Identify growth opportunities through consumer, category and market analysis. * Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching, guidance and performance management. * Foster strong cross\-functional collaboration with Commercial, CRM, Digital, Customer Experience and HQ teams. * Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring excellence in execution and return on investment. * Drive innovation, brand building initiatives and long\-term business growth. **What will make you successful** * University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Communication roles. * Proven experience leading and developing teams, including direct management responsibility for at least 3 team members.
