You will have the opportunity to participate in national and international projects, implementing SaaS solutions in Talent Management, Learning, Recruitment, and Performance, working directly with clients and contributing to the success of their digital transformation processes. **What You Will Find:** Challenging and diverse projects Interaction with clients from various sectors and markets Autonomy and accountability in managing your projects An experienced, collaborative team focused on mutual support Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development Hybrid and flexible work model Health insurance **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** Gathering and analyzing functional requirements Configuring and parameterizing SaaS solutions Managing and monitoring implementation projects Training and supporting administrators and end users Providing functional support and consulting to clients Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementations **What We Are Looking For:** Relevant higher education degree (Human Resources, Management, Information Technologies, Educational Sciences, or equivalent fields) Minimum 2–4 years of experience implementing SaaS solutions, particularly Talent Management platforms, LMS, or HRIS systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Taleo, or similar solutions Experience in project management and direct client interaction Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel Basic knowledge of HTML for platform configuration and customization High sense of responsibility, rigor, and attention to detail Autonomy, dynamism, and adaptability to diverse challenges Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to continuously learn Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory) Knowledge of French, both spoken and written (preferred) If you are interested in this opportunity and your profile matches our requirements, please submit your application.
