About the Role We are seeking an experienced DevOps or SRE professional with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in managing Microsoft Azure environments—especially AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)—advanced CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, and proficiency in infrastructure automation via scripting and Terraform. Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience with Azure: VMs, Azure SQL / Managed Instances, Azure Storage, Virtual Networks (VNet), NSGs, ExpressRoute / VPN, Azure AD / identity services. * Experience with Azure migration tools: Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, Database Migration Service. * Solid knowledge of cloud networking, security, governance, and compliance. * Proficiency in automation / IaC: Terraform, ARM, Bicep, PowerShell, Azure CLI. * Ability to diagnose infrastructure, performance, interdependency, and migration-related issues. * Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability (HA). * Experience developing using at least one of the following frameworks: .NET. * Azure certifications such as AZ-104 (Administrator), AZ-305 (Architect), or equivalent. * Prior experience migrating physical servers, VMs, or containers to Azure. * Experience working with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with post-migration monitoring (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights). * Languages (written and spoken): Portuguese, English (Mandatory, minimum C1 level). * Location: Remote.
