Clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas. Clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned areas. Empty trash receptacles, ashtrays, and ash urns located in public areas into appropriate containers. Inspect furniture condition and check for damage, tears, or stains, and report any damages. Clean and maintain lighting fixtures. Place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly if urgent repairs are needed. Respond promptly to guest requests and those from other departments. Identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary company information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
