Modern offices in central Lisbon equipped with up-to-date facilities Description: To support our growth, we are looking for the following role at our LISBON office: **Junior Payroll Specialist (M/F)** SORECO is a rapidly growing accounting firm with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Lisbon, and Turin. We specialize in establishing and supporting French companies’ subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Our clients are predominantly renowned foreign enterprises. SORECO currently serves approximately 700 clients across various sectors, including: insurance, ICT, textile industry (ready\-to\-wear), agri\-food industry, cosmetics, electronics, transportation, large retail distribution, among others. **PROFILE:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, management, economics, or a related field. We seek candidates with successful initial professional experience in an accounting practice—ideally managing multiple clients—which has enabled them to acquire solid foundations in payroll. Accuracy, organization, dynamism, and teamwork are essential for successful integration. Proficiency in a foreign language—preferably French—is highly valued. Knowledge of labor law, tax legislation, and social security regulations is considered an asset. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** As part of an accounting practice, your main responsibilities regarding our clients’ human resources will include: * Reporting commencement and termination of employment contracts to Social Security, Compensation Fund, and ACT; * Preparing salary slips; * Submitting monthly remuneration declarations to the Tax Authority and Social Security, and forwarding corresponding tax payments to clients for settlement; * Preparing annual declarations such as the Single Report and Model 10; * Drafting employment contracts. **WE OFFER:** • Permanent full\-time employment contract (CDI)• Salary: €19,000.00 \- €24,000.00 per year• Meal allowance, annual bonus, and possible additional incentives• Integration into a young and international team with learning from experts• Career progression and development opportunities• Modern offices located in central Lisbon, equipped with up\-to\-date facilities• Up to 6 days of telework per month• Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, and adjusted hours on Fridays and during August (8am\-3pm)• Weekly Friday breakfasts, internal events, and an annual Christmas dinner.
