The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage a team of kitchen staff, plan and create menus, maintain food quality standards, and ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. Additional responsibilities include managing food inventory, ensuring cost control, and collaborating with suppliers to source high\-quality ingredients. **Qualifications** * Exceptional culinary skills, including menu planning and food preparation * Strong leadership and team management capabilities to guide kitchen staff effectively * Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen equipment maintenance * Budgeting and inventory management skills to control food costs and minimize waste * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Adaptability to a hybrid working environment * Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry * Culinary degree or equivalent work experience is highly desirable Salary will depend on the experience and performance.
