Work in an environment based on equity, integrity, and diversity ###### **Workplace:** **Lisbon / Porto (Hybrid)** ###### **Role:** * Monitor tickets and manage the respective tracking systems, ensuring the timely resolution of identified issues; * Perform analysis and work closely with different teams, including Developers, Business Analysts, and Architects, to implement solutions for identified issues; * Document processes and operational procedures related to daily activities, ensuring that all information is properly recorded; * Record actions and updates in relevant tracking tools, such as Salesforce and Confluence. ###### **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; * Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Functional experience in Asset Management and in\-depth knowledge of investment product manufacturing and investment fund distribution processes; * Strong IT and Data knowledge, particularly in SQL/SOQL, data modelling, and project management methodologies; * Experience in support activities; * A combination of technical and functional skills will be highly valued; * Good level of English; * Excellent communication skills; * Strong problem\-solving skills; * Autonomy, pragmatism, and strong teamwork skills. ###### **Work with us:** * With more than 30 years of experience, Rumos has a team of professionals specialized in IT; * At Rumos, consultants integrate highly challenging projects, based on the latest technology and in the most diverse sectors of activity; * Rumos consultants have access to a certified training plan, which offers a constant update of technical skills; * Rumos, as an employer, has job opportunities based on equity, integrity and diversity.
