You will work closely with the global IT team and stakeholders across the organization to ensure a secure and efficient digital workplace. Your responsibilities will include: *IT Operations \& Development* * Drive IT initiatives, including tools, improvements, and automations * Contribute to developing and improving the digital workplace * Participate in planning and prioritization of IT activities * Provide internal IT support across systems and platforms * Administer Microsoft 365 (Azure AD / Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint) * Manage onboarding, offboarding, and access control *Security \& Compliance* * Maintain and improve IT security practices and setup * Administer and monitor Microsoft Defender * Support implementation of security policies and controls * Contribute to security awareness initiatives * Assist with incident handling and mitigation *Process Improvements \& Documentation* * Develop and maintain IT documentation and guidelines * Identify opportunities for automation and optimization * Support training materials and internal communication **Your Qualifications** You have a solid foundation within IT and a genuine interest in supporting and improving modern workplace environments. You are comfortable working across technologies and user needs, and you combine technical understanding with a practical, service\-oriented approach. Whether you are early in your career or already have some experience, you are eager to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to a secure and efficient IT setup. To succeed in this role, we imagine you bring the following qualifications: * **A relevant IT education** such as computer science, information systems, or equivalent practical experience * **2\-5 years of experience from a similar position** is a plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply * **Experience with Microsoft 365**, including Azure AD / Entra ID and general cloud administration * **Experience with IT support and system administration** across different systems and user needs * **Solid understanding of IT security principles** and security tools (familiarity with Microsoft Defender is a plus) * **Experience with automation tools** (e.g. Power Platform) is an advantage * **Communicate clearly in English** and collaborate well with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders **What We Offer** We offer an opportunity to take ownership and play a key role in shaping and improving Devote’s internal IT environment.
