We are looking for a Financial Controller with strong analytical skills, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset to join our finance team on-site at our Lisbon office. **Your Responsibilities** Financial and accounting analysis of the group, ensuring information reliability. Budgetary control (actual and corrective) and variance analysis. Support in defining, tracking, and monitoring performance indicators (financial and managerial). Support in creating, implementing, and continuously improving internal processes (financial and operational), ensuring efficiency and rigor. Preparation of financial reports and dashboards to support management. Active participation in strategic investment decisions and resource optimization.
