API and Integration Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an Integration Architect to design, document, and govern the technical integration specifications of the Client's solutions, ensuring consistency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Govern and maintain the Global Integration Architecture (APIs, Web Services, ETL) 2. Develop technical integration architectures for internal customers 3. Define integration standards and best practices, ensuring technical compliance We are strengthening our team by onboarding an Integration Architect responsible for designing, documenting, and governing the technical integration specifications across the Client's various solutions. This role plays a critical part in defining and maintaining the Client's Global Integration Architecture, ensuring solution consistency, quality, and sustainability—aligned with industry best practices and the requirements of various internal projects. Key Responsibilities * Govern and maintain the Global Integration Architecture, covering APIs, Web Services, Events, ETL, Batch, Files, and Data. * Design and develop technical integration architectures addressing internal customers' needs. * Support specification of integration testing plans and scenarios. * Produce and maintain all technical and integration design documentation, ensuring effective and long-term governance. * Define and document integration standards and best practices. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and guidelines through review of specifications and project documentation. Required Profile * Proactive, independent, results-oriented professional with strong accountability and commitment. * Critical thinking, analytical and creative mindset—challenging the status quo and proposing continuous improvements. * Proven experience in system integration (APIs, Web Services, Messaging, ETL, etc.), regardless of underlying technology. * Experience in defining technical integration specifications and documenting complex solutions. * Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Knowledge (not mandatory) Experience or familiarity with some of the following technologies and tools will be valued: * SAP PO, SAP IS (Integration Suite), MuleSoft * IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower * AWS (SQS, SNS, Kinesis), Azure (Event Hubs, Service Bus, Event Grid) * Azure Data Factory, Google Pub/Sub * Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle GoldenGate * BMC Control\-M Additional Information Hybrid work model, requiring minimum office presence of 2 days per week.
