Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible, available, and compassionate person to provide sensitive, empathetic, and respectful care to individuals who are vulnerable. Key Highlights: 1. Requires responsibility and availability 2. Values sensitivity, empathy, and respect 3. Focus on dignified and humane care Benavente Monday to Friday\-Friday 6:30 PM to 10:30 AM the following day (includes morning hygiene) Overnight stay at the residence is required. During the night, rest is permitted; the client typically goes to bed between 10:30 PM and 11:00 PM. We are seeking someone **responsible, available, and flexible**. But above all: **humane**. With genuine sensitivity, empathy, and respect for those who are vulnerable. We do not want someone confrontational, impatient, or lacking the ability to provide dignified care.
