We are now expanding into international logistics and transportation, focusing on freight management and negotiation. About the Role: We seek an experienced professional to take on an active role in managing freight loads and carriers, with direct impact on business profitability. A results-oriented role offering full autonomy and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Daily freight load management (Timocom, Wtransnet, etc.) Freight rate negotiation with clients and carriers Planning and monitoring of international transportation Development of carrier network Resolution of operational incidents Margin optimization across operations Candidate Profile Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international transportation Experience with freight exchanges Strong negotiation skills and quick response capability Autonomous, organized, and results-driven profile Comfort operating in dynamic, high-pressure environments We Especially Value Candidates With: Existing client portfolio Established carrier network Experience in freight load management What We Offer Base salary + attractive commissions (uncapped) Full geographic flexibility (100% remote) Autonomy and direct accountability for results Integration into a growing operation Important Note: Performance-driven role.
