Experience in industrial operations and technical contract management. ### **Job Mission** Supervise daily facility operations and execution of O\&M contracts, ensuring technical performance, contractual compliance, safety, and service quality. Coordinate activities and operators. Serve as direct interface with the concessionaire ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily operations of biomethane units. * Manage and supervise O\&M contracts and service providers. * Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and maintenance plans. * Ensure operational communication and internal reporting. * Coordinate responses to failures, incidents, and corrective actions. ### **Educational Qualifications** * Technical higher education (Engineering or equivalent) or experience in activities related to energy recovery process management and operations, reporting, and planning. ### **Professional Experience** * Experience in industrial operations and technical contract management. * Experience in team and external service coordination. * Experience in energy recovery processes, cogeneration, biogas, etc. ### **Work Regime** * Standard working hours, with regular on-site presence. * Overtime regime for prevention and assistance ### **Available Resources** * Maintenance and contract management systems. * Corporate IT equipment. * Personal and collective protective equipment. * Technical tools for operation and maintenance. * Access to record-keeping and reporting systems. * Technical, operational, and HSE training. * Assigned vehicle for technical site visits. **Work Location:** Northern and Central Portugal, with regular presence across various operational units.
