Operate information and telecommunications systems installed in emergency control centers, emergency vehicles, and other structures deployed during crisis response and event prevention activities; record data and activities performed in compliance with current regulations, and transmit information to CDOS and/or INEM, or to designated personnel; handle emergency calls at the Fire Department Central Station, perform call triage and provide telephone advice, as well as activate, monitor, and manage emergency and rescue resources according to defined protocols and under shift supervisor oversight; cooperate and collaborate in all activities of any nature promoted by the Lousã Municipal Firefighters, under the Commandant’s supervision, as well as in disseminating information deemed relevant for safeguarding people and property.
