Operating information and telecommunications systems installed in emergency centers, emergency vehicles, and other structures deployed during crisis response and event prevention; recording data and activities performed in accordance with current regulations, as well as transmitting information to CDOS and/or INEM, or to designated personnel; performing emergency call handling duties at the Fire Department Central, including respective triage and telephone advice, as well as activation, monitoring, and management of emergency and rescue resources according to defined protocols and under shift supervisor oversight; cooperating and collaborating in all types of activities organized by the Municipal Firefighters of Lousã under the Commander’s supervision, as well as disseminating relevant information for safeguarding people and property.
