We are recruiting for our Quality Control Department: \- Quality Control Manager (M/F) Responsibilities: \- Lead and supervise the Quality Control laboratory and ensure all operations comply with Good Laboratory Practices, in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices and the company’s quality standards, quality policy, and applicable legal requirements \- Supervise analysts and ensure their adequate training \- Draft, review, and approve associated documentation \- Ensure adherence to procedures \- Plan and ensure execution of analytical testing \- Approve/reject materials (raw materials, packaging materials) and finished products \- Review manufacturing batch documentation \- Ensure execution and monitoring of stability studies \- Ensure equipment and facility maintenance, calibration, and qualification status Profile: \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quality Control laboratory \- Practical knowledge and application of various analytical methodologies (HPLC, GC, spectrophotometry, etc.) \- Sense of responsibility and leadership \- Organizational skills \- Ability to work in a team \- Advanced English language proficiency Benefits: \- Join an innovative and distinctive company \- Develop various opportunities for professional growth \- Enjoy relevant and continuous training \- Engage in a dynamic and inspiring work culture Do you want to be part of a young, ambitious, and winning team?
