In this context, our Portuguese subsidiary, Alron, Aluminum Wheel Production, Unipessoal., Lda., seeks a motivated candidate to join our Quality team: Quality Inspector (m/f) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Timely execution of all quality inspections; **Metrology:** Management of Monitoring and Measuring Devices, including management, preventive maintenance, verification, analysis, and decision-making regarding acceptance of external calibrations, via the implemented internal system; Document management and approval of raw materials in the QMS; Supporting employee training regarding implementation of test and inspection plans; Supporting employee training regarding handling of test and measurement equipment; Ensuring correct use of test and measurement equipment by employees; Preparation and management of test and final acceptance certificates, as well as other test and inspection documents; Management, documentation, and reporting on product status (conforming and non-conforming); Monitoring production error reports; Supporting training to ensure non-conforming parts are identified and handled according to existing error reports; Assisting in the execution of production projects; Supporting development of new quality improvement measures; Monitoring and performing inspections on production processes and lines, focusing on compliance with defined requirements. **Special Responsibilities:** Acceptance or rejection of products outside defined criteria, based on the impact of those criteria on the final product and its functionality. YOUR PROFILE Specific education in the field of quality (knowledge in Metrology is advantageous); Minimum completion of 12th grade or equivalent professional experience/training, duly verified; Minimum two years’ professional experience in similar roles; Good knowledge of MS Office; **Desired language skills, English:** spoken and written; Specific knowledge in the metalworking industry.
