Job Summary: The professional will co-create objectives and strategies, monitor business development, manage product offerings, coordinate collection implementation, analyze results, and optimize area performance. Dynamic, collaborative, and innovative work environment #### **Your Day\-to\-Day** * Co\-create short\- and medium\-term objectives and strategy for the Area and the World, ensuring sustainable business development and communicating necessary guidance to teams; * Continuously monitor the development of my Area’s business by analyzing data and KPIs from analytical tools provided by specialists, enabling proactive actions and initiatives to achieve tactical and operational plans; * Effectively manage the section’s product offering and coordinate efficient collection implementation, ensuring time\-to\-market in partnership with Store Logistics teams; * Work interdependently with the space planning and stock teams, proactively identifying the section’s purchasing needs and contributing to product availability on shelves; * Understand the phygital customer, external environment, and competition, incorporating innovations and best practices to define a competitive range and pricing strategy relative to the market; * Understand positive product offerings and know the best way to maximize the introduction/presence of positive products within section offerings; * Define quantitative objectives for my Area aligned with the World’s objectives, performing necessary forecasting, anticipation, and prioritization; * Proactively analyze and monitor Area performance, tracking and analyzing the Profit & Loss Statement, identifying improvement areas, analyzing variances, and implementing appropriate action plans to reduce shrinkage. #### **Who We’re Looking For** * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * 3 years’ experience as a salesperson; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit; * Ability to work autonomously and make decisions; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; * English language proficiency; #### **What We Offer** * Integration into a multinational company with a competitive salary and variable compensation, adjusted to your experience and qualifications; * Benefits and partnerships with over 200 brands; * Initial training for integration into the company and role; * Well\-being policies, including up to 30 annual leave days; * Employee referral program, with incentives for each recommended candidate successfully integrated into the team; * Flexible working policy; * Meal benefits, including soup, fresh fruit, bread, butter, cereals, milk, and yogurt; * 10% discount at Leroy Merlin stores; * Health insurance and life insurance; * 1 day of corporate volunteering. #### **About Us** Leroy Merlin is a leading company in DIY, construction, decoration, and gardening, with a strong presence in Portugal.
