Join a purpose-driven team committed to innovation, ethics, and sustainability. **Together, we care better.** Your role at Medinfar As a *Validation Tech Transfer Technician*, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing product validation activities in Tech Transfer, ensuring manufacturing processes meet regulatory requirements and promoting continuous improvement in line with industry standards at our industrial unit in Condeixa. **How will you make a difference?** * **Validation Protocols/Reports:** Draft and review Validation Protocols and Reports. * **Holding Time Protocols/Reports:** Draft and review Holding Time Protocols and Reports. * **Coordination of Validation Activities:** Coordinate and supervise product validation activities in Tech Transfer, including evaluation of analytical results and hold times. * **Prepare Technical Documentation Related to Tech Transfer:** Conduct risk assessments and bracketing analyses whenever required. * **Identify and Mitigate Risks:** Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth validation execution and product quality. * **Collaboration with Teams:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the production site to execute validation tasks effectively. **What we are looking for:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Process Validation or Production. * Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). * Excellent command of English. * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Good teamwork and proactive attitude; * Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and deliver results-oriented outcomes. **Why Medinfar?** Because here you’ll find more than just a professional challenge.
