Independent or team-based preparation of opinions and projects of varying complexity, and execution of other general or specialized support activities within common, instrumental, and operational fields of competence of departments and services. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, albeit under qualified higher-level supervision. Representation of the department or service on matters within one’s area of expertise, making technically grounded decisions aligned with directives or higher-level guidance.” Specific duties description: prospecting, activating, and developing the economic potential of the CIM-RC, including through acquisition of national and European funding compatible with the competences and interests of the CIM-RC; sharing relevant information with associated municipalities of this entity to gather pertinent data; supporting entrepreneurship-related events; designing, implementing, and monitoring sub-regional productive business investment acquisition programs, coordinated with the overall strategy of respective sub-regions; promoting and enhancing the economic potential of the CIM Coimbra Region nationally and internationally, notably through participation in events; supporting the drafting of technical specifications and technical information related to entrepreneurship; submitting and monitoring applications under national or international funding programs; implementing funded projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, particularly those concerning competition, public procurement, environment, and equal opportunities.
