Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications Raisemeup is recruiting an **HVAC Technical Drafter (m/f)** for Funchal. **Our Client** A company specialized in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of hotel equipment. **Responsibilities** * Preparation, review, and updating of technical drawings and floor plans; * Development of projects in CAD/BIM; * Interpretation of sketches, technical specifications, and project requirements; * Technical support to design and construction teams; * Ensuring compliance with technical drawing standards and regulations; * Monitoring and management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines. **Requirements** * Training in CAD and BIM (AutoCAD, Revit or similar) – preferred but not mandatory; * Experience in this role or related fields – preferred but not mandatory; * Knowledge of technical drawing standards and regulations; * Technical interpretation ability and attention to detail; * Commitment to accuracy and work quality; * Responsibility, proactivity, and flexibility; * Creativity and capacity for innovation; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; * Strong customer orientation. **What Our Client Offers** * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience and qualifications; * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Opportunity to develop technical skills; * Immediate start.
