Our Client A solid and growing company with significant regional market presence, operating across multiple business areas. Responsibilities \- Monthly payroll processing, including base salaries, overtime, allowances, and other benefits; \- Handling employee onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes; \- Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations (Social Security, IRS, Compensation Fund, among others); \- Preparing and submitting statutory and tax declarations; \- Managing vacation days, absences, and leave; \- Supporting the preparation of HR reports and internal audits; \- Addressing employee inquiries regarding salaries and benefits. Requirements \- Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll processing (preferred); \- Up-to-date knowledge of Portuguese labor and tax legislation; \- Experience with payroll software (e.g., Primavera, PHC, or similar); \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; \- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality; \- Strong organizational and communication skills.
