Raisemeup is currently recruiting a **Gardener (m/f)** for Funchal. **Our Client** A 5-star boutique hotel, a benchmark in island tourism. **Responsibilities** \- Daily maintenance of gardens, lawns, flowerbeds, and green areas; \- Planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing plants, trees, and flowers; \- Pest and disease control in plants; \- Operation and maintenance of gardening equipment; \- Ensuring high aesthetic and cleanliness standards for outdoor spaces; \- Collaborating on the creation and improvement of landscape projects; \- Compliance with safety and environmental sustainability regulations; \- Supporting outdoor events (preparation and maintenance of spaces). **Requirements** \- Relevant education (valued but not mandatory); \- Prior experience in gardening, preferably within hospitality or luxury settings; \- Knowledge of botany, planting techniques, and garden maintenance; \- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; \- Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactivity; \- Good physical condition. **What Our Client Offers** \- Integration into an excellence team within a luxury environment; \- Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; \- Continuous training; \- Career progression opportunities.
