Integration into a dynamic environment Raisemeup is currently recruiting a **Bartender (m/f)** for Funchal. **Our Client** A 5-star hotel property, part of a leading regional group. **Responsibilities** \- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and other bar specialties; \- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience; \- Maintain proper bar organization and cleanliness, complying with food hygiene and safety standards; \- Manage beverage and material stock levels, reporting replenishment needs; \- Support the creation and suggestion of cocktails and specialty drinks; \- Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service. **Requirements** \- Previous experience as a bartender/bartress (preferably in hospitality); \- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation; \- Strong communication skills and customer orientation; \- Team spirit and proactivity; \- Availability for shifts from 13:30 to 22:00 or 15:00 to 23:30; \- English language proficiency (additional languages are an asset). **What Our Client Offers** \- Competitive remuneration package aligned with profile and experience; \- Fixed days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; \- Integration into a dynamic environment.
