





**Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across various stations to ensure all locations have the vehicles selected by customers in optimal operating and presentation condition; * Organize the station so that vehicles are parked by groups, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers; * Arrange and authorize vehicle transfers, create transfer records, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, of required movements; * Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-checking with existing computer records; * Report mechanical issues communicated by customers upon vehicle return, assess the vehicle's condition, request towing when needed, and send the vehicle to the workshop, checking mileage and fuel level, issuing refueling instructions if necessary; * Activate on the platform the indication of vehicles ready for dispatch, notifying subcontracted staff to position the vehicles appropriately within the parking area; * Ensure vehicles carry all necessary documentation to comply with legal requirements and internal regulations; * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining specific vehicle features and answering questions when necessary; * Perform check-in of vehicles returned by customers, inspecting and recording any damages; * Enter fuel vouchers issued by Sixt into the platform for cost control; * Monthly analyze the fuel report, cross-reference data with system entries to detect and correct errors; * Monthly submit information on Via Verde devices per station for inventory control; * Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled maintenance, making them unavailable for rental, and notify subcontracted staff to direct vehicles to the workshop; * Perform other unspecified tasks essential to achieving objectives and ensuring Sixt’s smooth operation. **Profile** ---------- * Compulsory minimum education level (12th grade); * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge; * English language skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Class B driver's license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and credible Group currently implementing several growth projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Real career progression opportunities based on performance and demonstrated competencies; * Good working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
