Opportunities for personal and professional growth Raisemeup is currently recruiting a Warehouse Manager (m/f) for Funchal. Our Client A leading company in the facility services sector. Responsibilities \- Comprehensively manage the warehouse, ensuring organization, tidiness, and control over material inflows and outflows; \- Ensure receipt, verification, and storage of consumables, chemicals, cleaning supplies, textiles, amenities, and equipment; \- Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic inventories, and identify replenishment needs; \- Prepare and distribute materials to internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery routes; \- Collaborate with the procurement department, suggesting quantities, analyzing consumption patterns, and optimizing costs; \- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and chemical storage regulations (including segregation and technical data sheets); \- Implement and maintain material and equipment tracking, registration, and traceability systems; \- Manage the operational equipment fleet (vacuum cleaners, cleaning machines, trolleys, washing machines, etc.), including basic maintenance and arranging repairs. Requirements \- Proven experience in warehouse-related roles; \- Knowledge of chemicals, hotel consumables, and cleaning equipment (preferred); \- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic operational environment; \- Proficiency in stock management software and MS Office; \- Aptitude for occasional physical work and safe handling of loads; \- Strong sense of responsibility, documentary rigor, and attention to detail; \- Good communication skills, team spirit, and orientation toward internal customers; \- Valid driver's license.
