Positive work environment Raisemeup is currently recruiting a Fleet Manager (m/f) for Funchal. Our Client A leading multi-brand dealership. Responsibilities: \- Management and monitoring of the automotive fleet; \- Planning and controlling vehicle usage to ensure maximum operational efficiency; \- Monitoring fleet-related costs (maintenance, insurance, fuel consumption, taxes); \- Management of renting, leasing, or long-term rental contracts; \- Oversight of preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and legal documentation; \- Direct contact with clients, ensuring excellent service and effective responses to their needs; \- Negotiation with suppliers (workshops, insurers, renting companies, etc.); \- Preparation of performance reports and monitoring of key indicators (costs, utilization, accident rates, etc.); \- Support in defining fleet renewal and optimization strategies. Requirements: \- Prior experience in fleet management, the automotive sector, or similar roles (preferred); \- Basic technical knowledge of automotive mechanics; \- Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills; \- Analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset and focus on cost optimization; \- Good communication and interpersonal skills; \- Proficiency in standard computer applications; \- Knowledge of English (preferred); \- Valid driver's license (mandatory).
