Your Role: \- Provide assistance and manage a customer portfolio, focusing on maintaining and strengthening customer relationships; \- Identify new business opportunities and carry out prospecting and acquisition activities for new customers. Requirements: \- Experience in customer management; \- Strong communication, organizational, and empathetic skills; \- Sense of responsibility; \- Enthusiasm for challenges and results-oriented mindset; \- Proficiency in English (preferred); \- Immediate availability.
