This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with up to 5 years of experience seeking an attractive challenge and the chance to advance their career in a dynamic and demanding environment. **Key Responsibilities** The successful candidate will have the following main responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all project phases, from planning through execution to handover. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Supervise and manage on-site work teams and subcontractors. * Perform budgetary control and resource management. * Ensure compliance with engineering and architectural design plans. * Prepare progress reports and maintain regular communication with management and clients. * Resolve issues and make technical decisions on-site. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers is preferred). * Proven professional experience in Site Management, up to 5 years. * Leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools. **Offer** Integration into a solid and growing company. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience. * Professional development opportunities. * A challenging and motivating work environment.
