Positive work environment Raisemeup is currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager (m/f) for Funchal. Our Client A corporate group operating across multiple business areas. Responsibilities: \- Overall management of the group's real estate assets; \- Planning and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and equipment; \- Supervision of internal maintenance teams and management of external service providers; \- Preparation and control of maintenance and real estate investment budgets; \- Oversight of construction works, renovations, and space requalification projects; \- Ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and safety regulations (HSE, permits, mandatory inspections); \- Monitoring of performance indicators and implementation of continuous improvements; \- Supporting the definition of strategies for optimizing and enhancing real estate asset value; \- Management of property-related documentation (permits, contracts, certifications); \- Coordination with various internal departments to align with operational needs. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical), Management, or a related field; \- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (maintenance and/or real estate management); \- Strong technical knowledge of building and infrastructure maintenance; \- Experience managing construction projects and coordinating suppliers; \- Knowledge of applicable legislation (safety, licensing, technical maintenance); \- Financial analysis and budgetary control capabilities; \- Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, management tools); \- English language skills (preferred); \- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
