Some cassettes are nearly 50 years old, so their cases may be cracked, show aesthetic damage, stickers, or notes left by previous owners. "Tested = OK" means no cuts in the music or overdubbing over existing recordings, though there may be slight distortion or volume fluctuations lasting one or two seconds.
