Compensation commensurate with the role and experience Hotel Florasol, a 3-star hotel property of the Dorisol Group, is currently recruiting an Operational Assistant | Front Office Manager, with additional responsibilities involving direct support to management. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the front office team, ensuring excellence in guest service; * Support management in the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination among departments; * Monitor and manage reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, always prioritizing guest satisfaction; * Track performance indicators and propose improvements; * Collaborate in the administrative and operational management of the property. Required Profile: * Proven experience in front office or hotel supervision roles (minimum 2 years); * Education in Hotel Management/Tourism (preferred); * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; * Strong communication skills and guest-oriented mindset; * Proficiency in English and at least one additional foreign language (an advantage); * Familiarity with hotel management software (preferred).
