Ensure efficient operation of mechanical and electrical systems Raisemeup is recruiting a **Maintenance Technician (m/f)** for Funchal. **Our Client** A 5-star hotel property. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other hotel infrastructure systems; * Conduct diagnostics and repairs of equipment and facility malfunctions; * Ensure efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and air-conditioning systems; * Support the preservation of common areas, guest rooms, and technical spaces, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff; * Monitor the operational status of elevators, swimming pools, lighting systems, and other essential equipment; * Collaborate in managing external suppliers and service providers for specialized repairs; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, ensuring adherence to hotel industry standards; * Respond promptly to maintenance requests, minimizing impact on service delivery and guest experience. **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role (preferred); * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry; * Versatility and ability to adapt to diverse contexts; * Technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; **Our Client Offers** * Attractive salary package and other company benefits in effect; * Ongoing professional training; * Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
