Raisemeup is recruiting a **Maintenance Technician (m/f)** for Funchal. **Our Client** A 5-star hotel unit. **Responsibilities** \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other hotel infrastructure systems; \- Conduct diagnostics and repairs of equipment and facility failures; \- Ensure efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems; \- Support the upkeep of common areas, guest rooms, and technical spaces, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff; \- Monitor the operational status of elevators, swimming pools, lighting systems, and other essential equipment; \- Collaborate on supplier and external service provider management for specialized repairs; \- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, ensuring adherence to hotel industry standards; \- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, minimizing impact on service delivery and guest experience. **Requirements** \- Prior experience in this role (preferred); \- Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry; \- Versatility and ability to adapt to diverse contexts; \- Technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills; \- Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; **Our Client Offers** \- Attractive salary package and other benefits in effect at the company; \- Continuous professional training; \- Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
