Positive work environment Raisemeup is currently recruiting a **Bus Driver (m/f)** for the island of Madeira. **Our Client** A public transport company. **Responsibilities** \- Drive public passenger buses, adhering to established routes and schedules; \- Ensure passenger safety throughout the entire journey; \- Provide courteous and professional assistance and information to passengers; \- Comply with traffic regulations and internal company policies; \- Perform daily vehicle inspections (fluid levels, cleanliness, general condition); \- Report technical anomalies or incidents occurring during service; \- Sell and validate transport tickets (where applicable); \- Maintain the vehicle in good condition and uphold the company's image; \- Handle unforeseen situations calmly, responsibly, and with a solution-oriented focus. **Requirements** \- Category D driving license (mandatory); \- CAM – Certificate of Professional Competence (preferred; the company may finance its acquisition); \- Professional experience driving heavy passenger vehicles (preferred); \- Familiarity with Madeira’s road network (valued); \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \- Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attendance; \- Ability to manage stress and make operational decisions; \- Availability to work weekends and holidays; \- Professional appearance and conduct. **Our Client Offers** \- Integration into a solid and industry-leading public transport company; \- Initial and continuous training; \- Competitive salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; \- Professional stability; \- Positive work environment.
