About the Role We are seeking a QA Engineer to join a project with a strong Shift Left culture, focused on quality from the early stages of development. The role involves requirements analysis, creation and execution of manual tests, support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and UI and API test automation using Cypress and JavaScript. Key Responsibilities * Analyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. * Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases. * Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. * Support and monitor customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Automate UI and API tests using Cypress and JavaScript. * Report, track, and validate defect fixes. * Contribute to defining and evolving the test strategy. * Work in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban). * Ensure continuous quality throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements * Experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role. * Experience in manual and functional testing. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Experience writing test cases and acceptance criteria. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with test automation using Cypress. * Solid knowledge of JavaScript. * Experience with API testing. * Experience executing tests within CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills * Analytical and critical thinking. * Strong communication skills, both with technical and non-technical teams. * Proactive identification of risks and improvement opportunities. * Teamwork and continuous collaboration. * Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
