Opportunity to develop in performance marketing ROLE: Support the setup, management, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and others; Track and analyse key performance indicators (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.), contributing to dashboards and regular reporting to support data\-driven decision\-making; Assist in market and competitor analysis, including keyword research, industry trends, and identification of new growth opportunities to improve advertising efficiency; Collaborate with design and content teams in the development, testing, and optimisation of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different audiences and channels. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or related areas (preferred); Previous experience or working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years required); Strong interest in digital marketing and motivation to develop in performance marketing; Good analytical thinking and attention to detail; Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English; Strong team spirit, with ability to work independently, proactively, and responsibly; Solid planning and organisational skills.
