As part of an ambitious expansion project in Portugal, Sedgwick is looking for professionals with experience in technical insurance claims. Candidates must hold a degree in engineering or architecture, or possess relevant prior experience and at least five years of experience as an insurance expert. We value experience in industrial risk inspections, as well as in consulting, industrial construction and installation, and maintenance. You will be supported by a large team of professionals combining experience, qualifications, a positive working environment, and job stability. **Your Responsibilities:** * Conducting damage inspections and investigations necessary to accurately determine the causes and circumstances of claims. * Economic assessment of damages. * Analysis of applicable policies and coverages. * Preparation of technical expert reports, either individually or in collaboration with other departments of the company. Liaising with involved parties until claim resolution. * **Your Experience:** * Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or architecture. * Advanced English (professional fluency). * Analytical ability, project management, organization, and planning skills. * Strong oral and written communication skills.
