The ideal candidate must be team-oriented, responsible, proactive, and demonstrate willingness to learn and grow with the company. Requirements: Prior experience on construction sites (preferred but not mandatory); Previous work experience on construction sites in Brazil or other European countries; Valid driver's license; Willingness to travel and work outside the city; Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions.
