We are located in Famões, Odivelas. **Technical Assistant** We are recruiting a Technical Assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to the company's internal teams * Monitor operational processes * Support daily technical problem resolution * Organize and update technical information * Collaborate in implementing and improving internal procedures * Communicate with customers and suppliers for technical support and clarification of doubts **Requirements:** * Strong problem-solving skills * Good computer literacy * Sense of responsibility and organization * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team * Ability to work autonomously * Prior experience (valued but not mandatory) * Working hours: 9 a.m.\-6 p.m., with lunch break (1 p.m.\-2 p.m.) * Willingness to travel **We Offer:** Machine training.
