Focus on cloud-native architectures, performance, resilience, and scalability **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain Java (Spring Boot) microservices, APIs, and business logic, following best development practices with a strong focus on cloud\-native architectures, performance, resilience, and scalability. * Collaborate with Architecture, QA, SRE, Security, and Business teams to design technical solutions and deliver secure, observable, and high\-quality software. * Ensure software quality through unit, integration, and contract testing, technical documentation, and support for incident analysis and resolution. **Profile:** * Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot, including concurrency, memory management, and microservices development. * Strong understanding of distributed architectures, REST APIs, synchronous/asynchronous communication, and resilience patterns (retries, circuit breakers, idempotency, etc.). * Experience with Cloud\-Native environments, including Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, DevSecOps, and automated testing frameworks. * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, with experience building high\-performance distributed systems. * Experience with observability and monitoring (logging, metrics, and distributed tracing). Previous experience in payment solutions or mission\-critical financial systems is considered a strong plus.
