### **Job Description and Missions** **Mission, Duties and Responsibilities** **Quality Planning and Preparation:** * Develop or support the development of the Project Quality Plan (PQP); * Define and implement project-specific quality control procedures; Verify that materials, equipment and subcontractors comply with quality requirements. * **Control and Monitoring:** * Conduct inspections and tests during various construction phases (e.g. foundations, structures, installations). * Monitor laboratory testing of materials (concrete, soils, welds, etc.); * Verify compliance with technical specifications of the project; Monitor critical activities and defined control points. **Records and Documentation:** * Complete and maintain up-to-date quality control records (checklists, inspection sheets, reports); * Ensure traceability of materials and executed works; Collect and organize documentation for the project’s technical file (as-built drawings, certificates, test reports). * **Non-Conformance Management:** * Identify, record and report non-conformances detected on site; * Propose or monitor corrective and preventive actions; Verify the effectiveness of implemented actions. * **Coordination and Communication:** * Coordinate with the Site Manager, Supervision, Subcontractors and Suppliers; * Participate in site meetings and quality coordination meetings; Promote a quality culture among operational teams. * **Audits and Continuous Improvement:** * Participate in internal and external audits (by client or certification bodies); * Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate in process optimization; * Implement HSE directives/standards related to the zero-accident policy. ### **Required Profile** Qualifications and Profile: Academic qualification in a field relevant to the role; Certification in quality management, preferred; Knowledge of photovoltaic systems; User-level computer skills; Professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the photovoltaic sector; Leadership and coordination skills; Analytical mindset with attention to detail; Problem-solving ability; Proactivity and initiative; Resilience and adaptability; Ethics and responsibility; Fluency in Portuguese and English; Basic knowledge of health and safety; ISO 9001 standards and applicable technical regulations for construction; Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications; Inspection and testing techniques (visual, dimensional, destructive/non-destructive); Use of measurement and control instruments; Documentary rigour and attention to detail.
