One of our core values is crafting individualized experiences and personalized stays; thus, we consider ourselves true “Artisans of Memories”. ***Job Responsibilities*** * Manage and execute the entire F&B procurement process for hotels; * Negotiate with suppliers to ensure unbeatable quality, value, and delivery timelines; * Manage stock and inventory intelligently, preventing shortages and waste; * Collaborate closely with all operational teams to anticipate and align requirements; * Identify and evaluate new suppliers and trends aligned with Torel Boutiques Group’s F&B needs; * Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards; * Continuously optimize processes and costs without compromising service ***Requirements:*** * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * High sense of responsibility; * Proven negotiation skills with suppliers; * Prior experience in procurement, particularly in the F&B sector; * Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably PHC; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade (or equivalent).
