As part of our growth strategy, we aim to hire: **End-User Systems Administrator** ------------------------------------------ ### **Job Description** Your main responsibilities will include: * Installing, configuring, and managing end-user operating systems and applications. * Monitoring and providing support for end-user IT infrastructure. * Analyzing and resolving issues related to system infrastructures. * Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. ### **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; professional certifications and work experience are highly valued. * Proven experience in configuring and managing operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications. * Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and system monitoring tools. * Availability to provide 24×7 support and travel across Portugal. * Good command of the English language. * Versatility, flexibility, proactivity, and dynamism are mandatory traits. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Enthusiasm for learning and embracing new challenges. * A strong sense of responsibility and rigor, along with sound analytical, planning, organizational, and time-management skills. * Preference for immediate availability. ### **What We Offer** * Competitive remuneration commensurate with qualifications and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a dynamic and attractive project; * Excellent career prospects with opportunities for personal and professional development.
