Excellent collaborative working environment within a multidisciplinary team PConcept - Engineering and Construction, a company specializing in civil construction and engineering, is recruiting an IT and Digital Communication Technician to join our team in the Lousada area. Responsibilities: * Provide daily user support (helpdesk), ensure configuration and maintenance of the IT equipment park (hardware, smartphones, tablets), and manage network and communications infrastructure. * Manage and configure the company's internal software, provide technical support and maintenance for the corporate website, and develop small automations/scripts to improve internal processes. * Manage and energize our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), creating compelling content (text, image, and video) that highlights our projects and day-to-day construction activities. * Perform other tasks inherent to the role. Main Requirements: * Academic background in Information Technology or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles; * Solid knowledge of hardware, networks, operating systems, and helpdesk; * Experience managing social media and proficiency with graphic and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe); * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proactivity; * Organization, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Interpersonal skills (with work teams); * Valid driver's license.
