Developing proprietary AI products and applied innovation **About the Role** We are looking for an **AI/ML Engineer**, focused on developing and optimizing **language models and generative models**, to join our team and contribute to building advanced artificial intelligence systems. The role will have a strong emphasis on **model engineering**, including adaptation, fine\-tuning, inference optimization, and deployment of locally executed models. **Projects and Products** You will play a central role in **building and optimizing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models**, working with open\-source models and modern NLP architectures. Your work will include: * Adapting and fine\-tuning language models * Optimizing inference and computational efficiency * Implementing model training and evaluation pipelines * Integrating models into AI-powered products In addition to client projects, we are also developing our own **proprietary AI product**, enabling you to work directly on applied innovation and research. **Responsibilities** * Develop and optimize **Machine Learning and Deep Learning models**, with a focus on language models and generative systems. * Perform **fine\-tuning and adaptation of open\-source models** for specific use cases. * Work with **locally executed models**, including inference optimization and computational resource management. * Build **model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines**. * Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into applications. * Define and apply **model evaluation metrics**, ensuring performance, robustness, and reliability. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree or higher** in **Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related scientific field**. * A **Master’s or PhD** in fields related to **Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP** is highly desirable. * Practical experience developing and training **Machine Learning or Deep Learning models**. * Advanced programming in **Python**. * Experience with ML frameworks such as **PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit\-learn**. * Experience building **model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines**. **We Value** * Experience with **Transformers and the Hugging Face ecosystem**. * Experience in **efficient fine\-tuning of models** (e.g., **LoRA or QLoRA**). * Experience with **language model inference frameworks** (e.g., **vLLM**). * Knowledge of **model optimization and quantization techniques** (e.g., **GGUF, GPTQ, or AWQ**). * Experience running and optimizing **open\-source models in local environments**. * Familiarity with **Docker and containerization**.
