CNC Machine Operator (Machining Center)

Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator with experience in technical drawing interpretation and use of measuring equipment for various machining and dimensional inspection tasks. Collaboration in developing manufacturing programs Desired Profile: \- Professional experience performing this role or specific training as a CNC machine operator; \- Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation; \- Knowledge of measuring equipment usage. Responsibilities: 1\. Read and interpret drawings, sketches, sample parts, machining programs, and other related information; 2\. Select and prepare positioning, mounting, and clamping accessories for the workpiece; 3\. Place the workpiece and cutting tools into the appropriate machine fixture; 4\. Enter tool offset values into the machine; 5\. Load the machining program into the machine's reader; 6\. Verify conformity of relative movements between workpiece and tool, spindle speed, feed rate, and cutting depth against the loaded program, making corrections if necessary; 7\. Perform dimensional inspection as specified in the work instruction sheet, using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other suitable measuring instruments; 8\. Collaborate in developing manufacturing programs; The salary will be determined based on experience and knowledge demonstrated during the interview.
