**Description:**

**The OPP is currently recruiting a Head of Technology and Information Systems.**
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage operations across various processes, projects, initiatives, programmes, and activities within the Technology and Information Systems (TSI) area, conducting daily and efficient monitoring and regularly reporting on operations and performance indicators;
* Plan, control, and coordinate the operations covered by the area, analyse existing systems and/or design new systems (creating models and simulating their operation);
* Ensure execution of various processes, initiatives, programmes, and projects, and monitor their status through periodic evaluations and team updates;
* Manage a resource plan or resource forecast to help assess resource availability for budgetary and activity/task-related processes covered by the area;
* Control the flow of all material and human resources required for the development of the area;
* Manage the pipeline of internal technology-related projects, or integration projects with external systems and entities;
* Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools to enhance service quality;
* Manage people and teams involved in the TSI area’s processes, projects, and initiatives;
* Liaise with Management and Executive Teams, taking responsibility for projects and programmes initiated or requiring interaction from the TSI area;
* Be responsible for defining the team’s strategic objectives, ensuring reliability, security, and evolution of technological platforms aligned with business goals;
* Ensure service continuity and contingency planning;
* Manage security incidents and technological risks;
* Manage public procurement processes, suppliers, and licensing.
* Manage implementation of mechanisms and procedures ensuring data protection and system security under the area’s responsibility.
**Requirements:**

**Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
**Experience:**
Leadership and management of IT teams, processes, and systems
Over 3 years’ experience in similar roles, with solid knowledge of information systems, Windows, Linux, networks, and databases,
Design and architecture of technology solutions aligned with business needs and functional scalability.

**Salary and Contractual Conditions:**
Permanent contract
Salary range: €1800–€2000
Meal allowance (€9.60/day)
35 hours/week in a hybrid work model
